If the Client cancels the event, any time on the date of the event or any time after the execution of this Agreement and prior to the date of the event, the Event Manager shall be entitled to retain the entire payment made under Clause 2(b) unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
If the Event Manager is unable to perform his duties under the Agreement for any reasons beyond the control of the Event Manager, then the Event Manager and Client shall mutually agree on a fresh Schedule for conducting the said event and the scope of work shall continue for the new proposed schedule. However, in the event the Client is not desirous for rescheduling the said event, then the Event Manager shall be entitled to retain the said payment made under Clause 2(b) unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
